All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. New York State residents will pay state tax on their purchase.(8.875%) Orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to customs and duties fees assessed your government - Silva/Bradshaw takes NO responsibility for these charges.
SHIPPING
We make every best effort to process and ship your order within one day of receiving it. If an item is out of stock we will get in touch with you.
All shipments within the U.S. are sent USPS Priority mail (2-3 days transit), unless otherwise instructed. Buyer will receive shipment confirmation via email with a tracking number.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Sales are FINAL 10 days after you receive your purchase.
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original packaging. Silva/Bradshaw is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement on international purchases.
*Please note that any order left uncollected at customs will not be refunded until the package has been returned to us in good condition. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you choose to return an item you must email us beforehand. Returned items not accompanied by an RMA number WILL NOT be refunded.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
