Where is your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is locally made in New York City by a network of independent vendors and local artisans.
Can you explain your materials?
All precious metals we cast are made with recycled and reclaimed silver and gold. All metals and jewelry findings are nickel-free.
Our Nylon material is a 3d printed product that is hand dyed by us. The material is strong, but flexible.
Our 'DLC' finish is an industrial coating meaning 'Diamond Like Coating' over brushed stainless steel. The finish is very hard, semi-matte and very black. Small tool marks indicative of the coating process are sometimes evident on the interior of the bands.
Recommended care/ maintenance?
All jewelry should be treated as any other 'precious' item you may own. Cleaning products and all solvent based liquids are particulary insidious and will easily damage yourjewelry. To prolong the life of all Silva/Bradshaw jewelry it is recommended you not wear it while performing the following activities: dishes, laundry, painting, gardening, showering, dyeing your hair, washing your pet, sleeping, lifting heavy objects, working out, applying lotion, and even sleeping.
Polish your jewelry with a lint-free, 100% cotton cloth. A gentle wash with lukewarm water and soap will remove most dirt, and a mixture of baking soda/vinegar does a nice job of removing tarnish from silver.
How will you ship my order?
We ship domestically using USPS Priority Insured. We try and ship all orders the day after receiving them, at which point you will receive a shipment confirmation from us. Occasionally items will need to be produced to order, which typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure! We ship internationally via USPS Express service which is fully trackable and insured. Please note that Silva/Bradshaw is not responsible for any and all customs or import duties imposed upon the shipment by the country of destination. Please take this into account when placing your order!
What is the return/exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns in good condition for a full refund up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Please contact us here to initiate the process. If an item is the wrong size we will work to locate one that is suitable, but please confirm sizing prior to ordering! Silva/Bradshaw is not responsible for shipping charges for size-related exchanges.
